Rocklin Manufacturing Blog

Spring 2018 was a busy time for us and for our international sales reps as we demonstrated our products designed to give manufacturers an edge.

We once again exhibited at the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) in Houston, where the FlyMarker battery-operated marking unit and the MV5 M80 handheld marker for deep marks were popular with the oil & gas attendees. The Rocklinizer also drew a lot of interest with its precise application of hard and wear resistant tungsten carbide coatings.

The following week we were at the National Plastics Exhibition (NPE) in Orlando. Our line of cost effective micro welders were the biggest draws, as visitors sought out the MoldMender for their in-house ferrous mold repairs and the Lase One to repair both ferrous and non-ferrous molds through a laser-quality weld. There was also excitement around the Rocklinizer for mold and die wear protection, the FlyMarker for marking molds and even plastics through its adjustable force levels, and the LaserEvo for laser marking molds and plastic parts.

Our international reps have been on the trade show circuit recently as well, including Mexico where the LaserEvo was featured...

...and India where the Rocklinizer was on display.

Fabtech Canada rounded out the spring before three more shows this fall.

We look forward to seeing you at these upcoming shows or bringing the show to your facility for an in-house demo!
