NEW Portable Class 1 Fiber Laser Marking with the MARKATOR MV6 VarioLase

We're excited to introduce a new product to our laser marking lineup: the Markator MV6 VarioLase.
From the manufacturer of the FlyMarker® mini battery-powered dot peen systems, the MV6 VarioLase expands that lineup into portable fiber laser marking, filling a need that many manufacturers have had for a long time.
One of the biggest limitations of traditional laser marking systems is that the part has to come to the machine. That works fine for small components, but what about large weldments, machine frames, castings, or assembled equipment? Sometimes moving the part simply isn't practical.
That's exactly what the MV6 VarioLase was designed to solve.
The system brings portable fiber laser marking together with integrated Class 1 protection, allowing operators to permanently mark medium and large parts directly where they are. Whether you're engraving serial numbers, QR codes, Data Matrix codes, logos, or variable production information, the MV6 produces crisp, permanent marks while maintaining the safety advantages of a Class 1 system. Another feature that stands out is its flexibility. The MV6 can be used as a portable handheld system or configured as a tabletop workstation, giving manufacturers two machines in one depending on the application.
