Sparks & Marks on Display at OTC
For the fourth year, we proudly exhibited at the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) in Houston, Texas, in May. Sparks and marks from the Rocklinizer and FlyMarker were the big draws to our booth, but there was a lot of interest across all of our products.
The FlyMarker’s ability to mark on pipe with automatic height adjustment up to 5 mm drew many in the oil & gas arena to our booth. Whether it’s marking on pipe, flanges, valves, or delivering a battery-operated, fully portable solution required in an oilfield or rig, the FlyMarker has proven to be the right choice for many in the oil & gas industry.
For deeper marks on flat or round surfaces, the MV5 M80 was a highly sought after option, as was the LaserEvo fiber laser marking unit for more intricate marking requirements.
Meanwhile, the Rocklinizer’s wear and corrosion resistance was ideally suited for oil and gas applications, driving productivity gains for a range of customers in the industry.
OTC celebrated its 50th anniversary as we celebrated our 85th this year, and we look forward to our 5th year exhibiting at OTC in 2020. We hope to see you there!
