For the fourth year, we proudly exhibited at the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) in Houston, Texas, in May. Sparks and marks from the Rocklinizer and FlyMarker were the big draws to our booth, but there was a lot of interest across all of our products.

They’ve reported positive ROIs both via the Rocklinizer’s cost saving effects of wear resistance and the automation-driven time savings. And if you’ve visited one of our trade show booths, you’ll see our X-Y table creating the longest lasting and most wear resistant chess or checkers board imaginable. We use these X-Y tables internally in our quality control and testing processes as well.

The Rocklinizer electronically applies electrode material by a spark deposition process. Material is impregnated both underneath and on top of the workpiece surface metals, tools and dies. Because no appreciable heat is generated, the temper of the workpiece is retained. Rocklinizer is applied to new or reground and re-sharpened surface.
